Our Website, available via the link https://www.infinit-ltd.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), was created by LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “INFINIT” for promotional purposes to introduce the services provided by the company and is the property of this company.
Our service assists businesses in solving strategic issues by providing, in particular, the following services: recruiting specialists in any country of the world, their onboarding and HR support, payroll and payment of salaries in any currency, tax and legal administration, and organization of workflow.
1. General Information
1.1. LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “INFINIT” (hereinafter also referred to as “InfinIT” and “We”), which is the owner of the Website, has the following registration address in Ukraine: 67 Beresteiskyi Ave. building G, office 315, 03062, Kyiv, registration number 44461625. In other regions, in accordance with clause 2.1. of the Terms of Use, the official registration address is 21 Adam Branicki St., Lok.U3, 02-972, Warsaw, Poland.

1.3. Any issue related to these Terms of Use and/or the Website:
1.3.1. for Visitors residing and/or located in Ukraine, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine;
1.3.2. for Visitors residing and/or located in Poland, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of Poland;
1.3.3. for Visitors residing and/or located in the territory of any other member state of the European Union, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the European Union;
1.3.4. for Visitors residing and/or located in the territory of any other state other than those specified in subparagraphs 1.3.1., 1.3.2. and 1.3.3., shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the European Union.
1.4. This text contains the Terms of Use of the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Use”), which regulate any form of interaction with the Website (including both functional and external characteristics of the Website) and/or any component, architecture, or operating mechanism of the Website.
1.5. Our Privacy Policy supplements these Terms of Use. Glossary terms used in these Terms of Use and not defined herein are defined as provided in the Privacy Policy. These Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between the Visitor and InfinIT with regard to the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, statements, and warranties, both written and oral, relating to the use of the Website.

2. General Conditions of Use
2.1. These Terms of Use are a legally binding agreement between InfinIT, on the one hand, and any individual or representative of a legal entity using the Website in any form (hereinafter also referred to as “Visitor” and “You”) on the other hand. The use of the Website shall mean visiting the Website, any interaction with any content available on the Website (including familiarization with any information placed on the Website), submission of any content by the Visitor through the Website, or use by the Visitor of any functions or tools provided through the Website.
2.2. All further communication between InfinIT and You in regard to the commercial services provided by InfinIT will be detailed in a separate bilateral commercial agreement, which includes all binding obligations between the parties in relation to such services, such as price, payment methods, and other contractual conditions.

3. Registration
3.1. The Website is accessible and does not require special registration to be used; however, you may provide personal contact information to receive feedback from InfinIT consultants on issues related to the Website and the services offered through it. The processing of personal data sent via any electronic tools provided by InfinIT is separately regulated by our Privacy Policy.
3.2. The Website neither contains any information and/or links to the prices of the services being offered, nor provides any payment methods for the purchase of products or services. The Website does not offer electronic payment methods, so you as the Visitor should refrain from providing banking or any other financial information through the electronic forms accessible on the Website for feedback.

4.5.5. Do not modify/attempt to modify the Website or any of its components, architecture and operating mechanisms; and do not take actions aimed at copying or imitating the Website (both functions and appearance) or any of its components, architecture and operating mechanisms.
4.5.6. Do not take any actions related to the creation, implementation or distribution of malicious software codes, including, but not limited to, computer viruses, network malware, trojans or other destructive code that is intended to disrupt, block, destroy or otherwise affect the security of the Website and any of its components, architecture and operating mechanisms, as well as the integrity, confidentiality and availability of any information placed on it.

4.5.11. Clauses 4.5.5-4.5.10 inclusive apply to the performance of the actions specified therein for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.
4.6. InfinIT may update, modify or delete the content of this Website or restrict and/or prohibit access to it at any time and without prior notice. The main reason for this is possible technical difficulties beyond InfinIT’s control that reduce or eliminate the security levels adopted for the proper functioning of this Website or the protection of personal data of a potential purchaser.
5. Liability Limitation
5.1. The use of the Website is carried out by the Visitor at the Visitor’s own risk and responsibility. The Visitor also agrees that the services offered here are provided in accordance with the Terms of Use established specifically for this service. InfinIT makes reasonable efforts to ensure the general accessibility of the Website. At the same time, the Visitor understands that there may be delays, omissions, interruptions, inaccuracies and/or other problems with the information, content, as well as products or services provided on the Website. InfinIT does not guarantee that the Website will meet any and all requirements of the Visitor. The materials placed on this Website may contain technical, typographical or other errors.
5.2. The Visitor clearly and unambiguously understands and agrees that InfinIT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, loss of business, or other intangible losses (even if InfinIT has been warned of the possibility of such damages) arising out of the foregoing:

5.3. For this reason, the Visitor is solely and exclusively responsible for taking appropriate technical precautions for the reasonable control of these threats, as well as for ensuring the presence of modern systems responsible for the detection of malicious software.
6. Website Content
6.1. All moral and intellectual property rights to all content of the Website, including, but not limited to graphic design, logos, trademarks, trade names, prospect interfaces, source codes, texts, graphics, photographs, works expressed by analogous procedures like photography, video and audio materials, audiovisual works and others (hereinafter also referred to as the “Content”), are the property of InfinIT, its licensors or any parent company or subsidiary and are protected by applicable national and international laws. Therefore, any partial or total reproduction, modification or other interference with the operation and/or Content of the Website is prohibited and carries the risk of violation of the rights, legitimate interests and business reputation of InfinIT.
6.2. InfinIT is the only patry authorized to reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, modify and otherwise use any Content published on the Website. Any person who decides to reproduce, in part or in full, the Content placed on this Website must first receive special written permission from InfinIT and indicate its name as the author, except in cases where fragments of the content are allowed to be freely and royalty-free used in the amounts and for the purposes determined in accordance with national and international copyright laws (“fair use”).

6.4. All photographs of persons published by InfinIT as part of advertising campaigns have the permission of the person(s) depicted, and InfinIT has the exclusive right to any use thereof.
6.5. Under no circumstances the use of the Website by the Visitor does not imply the transfer of any intellectual property rights to any Website Content. Any transfer of rights owned by InfinIT on this Website must always be in written form.
6.6. All trademarks and trade names, as well as any other industrial property items published on the Website, are the property of InfinIT, its licensors or any parent company or its subsidiary. As the sole owner or licensee of all trademarks and trade names, as well as any other industrial property items contained on the Website, InfinIT has the exclusive right to use them in economic transactions. 6.7. InfinIT may demand the termination of any illegal activity that violates InfinIT’s intellectual property rights, as well as demand compensation for property and moral damage.

8.1. The presence of links to pages or Websites or any other third-party Internet resources on the Website does not entail InfinIT’s responsibility for the content and operation of such pages or Websites, as well as for the accuracy, relevance, reliability, integrity and completeness of the information published on them. The Visitor acknowledges and agrees that InfinIT is not responsible for the content published on such third-party Websites, even if they are linked to, published or made available for viewing from the Website, and does not control such content in any way.
9. Language
9.1. In the event of any conflict between the English and the Ukrainian versions of these Terms of Use, the English version shall prevail. The translation into Ukrainian and any other possible translations are made only for the convenience of the Visitor.
